The Refuge Rosetta restaurant offers typical dishes and flavours of the mountains, cheese with polenta and mushrooms, sausages, sauerkraut and smoked loin with excellent bacon dumplings. The homemade cakes, strudel, tarts, hazelnut cake, can be alternated with a variety of fruit in brandy and other delicacies.
